This three-story building consists of a steel structure with a concrete foundation and precast support.  This project is contemplates as a LEED silver project.  RJC has been working with Henneman to establish LEED points and certification.  The concept of LEED on this project was established after the project began, causing RJC to act quickly in the midst of design to change aspects of the building to meet LEED criteria.  Additional planning for this and security for the Nuclear plant have made this project challenging
