	Northern Illinois University Grant Hall Tower C This project was a complete re-stack of the dorm rooms in Northern Illinois University's Grant Hall Tower C in DeKalb, Illinois. The entire building, 85,229 SF was gutted down to the concrete structure. New walls, elevators, mechanical and electrical fixtures, and finishes were installed.
