	Heartland Community Church This project was a 118,200 SF, $13 million, complete renovation of Colonial Village Mall into Heartland Community Church for worship and classroom space. Ringland-Johnson served as Construction Manager and assisted Heartland in analyzing and preparing numerous rounds of budgets and cost estimates. In order to fast-track the project, Ringland-Johnson bid out long-lead materials early in the design phase, even prior to finalizing the "finer points" of the design.
